The hotel is in a prime location near Lara Beach, one of the happening spots in Antalya. The rooms were very small, even the Deluxe room felt cramped. The service lacked customer care skills, and the staff seemed uninterested in feedback for improvement. The dining experience was inconsistent, with hints of Turkish cooking but also serving reheated leftovers. The strong sewerage smell in some areas was a major drawback.

The rooms were disappointing, not ready for early check-in as confirmed and in bad condition with no windows, feeling like a prison.
